Maintenance contracts
We offer our customers comprehensive maintenance packages.
Maintenance contracts are based on hardware, software and services. You can close your maintenance contracts with an all-inclusive agreement.
In this case, other than the monthly maintenance fees there are no other costs for perform updates, annual cleaning and disposal of all accumulated problems during the period.
Special contracts may be concluded with regard to accessibility and responsiveness. These include 24-hour availability on Sundays and holidays, response time within 3 hours and the provision of replacement equipment, if the repair cannot be completed within 6 hours. Individual contracts are also lockable.
Tenancy agreement
We offer our customers a tenancy agreement with their matching IT.
With monthly fixed amounts - to calculate the leases - are primarily for customers in the public sector, as well as for clients with fixed IT budgets. We are happy to advise you on this business case.
