RendiGo stands for photo-realistic - because physically correctly calculated - visualizations of planned construction projects. The market leader in this field doesn´t only requires RendiGo core business for constantly new technologies he also relies for communication (mail, fax, SMS) on intelligent solutions. Since June 2007, INES takes care of all matters relating to the communication of high-tech service from Tyrol.

For generating high quality visualizations and animations, a relatively high communication overhead associated with our customers. A lot of information’s run over the phone, however, the bulk handled by email, fax, SMS and internet.

A crucial requirement for our new communications solution was the integration of all these communication opportunities complemented by the ability to use this media while you are on your way. With this object, our Exchange server was overwhelmed. Today we cover all of these requirements on INES.

This system allows us to map all the communication channels on a single platform. Our employees are highly mobile. With the integration of the Blackberry's from T-Mobile you always have all the latest information in one place. Plan details can be received directly on the site, all important messages arrive on your BlackBerry and a shared event management becomes a reality for the first time.

INES has full voice mail functionality - both as a central answering machine for the company, as well as virtual voice mailboxes for each employee. INES imports messages automatically to the Blackberry so we can perfectly respond to all customer requirements all time.

That INES can integrate pictures, video streams, IP surveillance cameras on the same surface, was for us an absolute added highlight. INES and is cheaper in the acquirement and the ongoing support, as our legacy system. That made our decision to change the system much easier!
